Women Housing and Income Providers (WHIP), a robust women’s coalition for the housing, real estate development, and related industries, is hosting its kickoff event, “Shift Your Perspective on Women-Owned Housing,” on Tuesday, November 14, at 8 a.m., at The Chicago Mosaic School, 1127 W. Granville. The event will feature a light breakfast will be served, a panel discussion of creative funding for housing projects, and a tour of a reimagined, once unsightly corner grocery.
