About The Soiree
We are excited to announce NBOA’s 14th Annual Summer Soiree, our largest fundraiser of the year, coming August 6, 2026 at Artifact Events! Proceeds from this event will continue to make Chicagoland a region where owners and operators of housing can thrive, while ensuring that people in the communities can find quality housing they want.
More than 800 neighborhood housing providers, managers and professionals serving the multi-family industry throughout the Chicago area will attend. This event is a tremendous opportunity to network with like-minded professionals while enjoying hearty food, delicious drinks, and lively music on a beautiful summer evening.
